DSD EDGE


Based on the reliable Medivators DSD-201, the most widely-used endoscope reprocessor, the DSD EDGE uses single shot high level disinfectant to reduce cycle time and increase operator safety.

No mixing or pouring of the disinfectant is required meaning the contact between staff and chemicals is minimal. The floating lid works to contain disinfectant vapors and an optional vapor management system is available.

Patient safety is assured through a design that continuously monitors all cycle parameters and alarms are designed to alert the user of any error. The DSD EDGE also provides a printer to document all cycle data.

Already have a Medivators DSD-201 but want quicker endoscope turn-around and eco-friendly HLD?

The DSD Conversion Kit is available to enable a DSD-201 to support Rapicide PA High Level Disinfectant. The conversion can be achieved in as little as one day and requires little change in procedures (including the use of current hook-up inventory). A reduced reprocessing cycle time and reduced exposure to staff of the HLD vapor is achieved with this kit.
