In the event that your AER requires on-site repair, a CMI service technician will be deployed to your facility on the next business day to resolve issues quickly and efficiently – you would expect nothing less.

If circumstances dictate that we cannot meet this commitment, customers not under an extended warranty program are billed 50% of the service fee on the 2nd business day and service is at no charge should we fail to be on-site in less than 2 business days – impressed?

Customers that opted to extend the coverage of their Medivators AER through an extended warranty program can qualify for rebates up to 100% of the total invoice in the event that we cannot dispatch a service technician within 2 business days – this is a warranty program that can truly pay for itself.
