Medivators Reprocessors Warranty Support
Minntech warrants that each endoscope reprocessor it manufactures will conform to Minntech’s written specifications and will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of installation or fifteen (15) months from the original date of shipment - whichever occurs first.
Extended Warranty:
Most products carry a minimum 1 year warranty support, CMI, extends the original warranty coverage providing remedial service (labour, travel, parts) and / or technical support at no additional charge.
Worry-free operation / timely repair
Preventative Maintenance:
Annual onsite inspection by Field Service Engineer to evaluate the Medivators reprocessor and replace the components required to ensure the device performs to the manufacturers specifications.
